Put your clients in control of their financial future

Your clients can access their account through a customer dashboard which can be customised to your company (depending on how many clients you decide to give online access to).

Our customer dashboard is designed to bring our services together to help your clients manage their own investments. It provides your clients with a single account view of all investments they hold with us and quick valuations. Find out more in our video below.

Set up

For new clients, we’ll send an invitation to the email address you provided when you set their account up. Activating their account takes just a few minutes but there’s help at every step. 

Or, if your client already has an account with Aegon, they can call us on 0345 604 4001. We’ll then send an activation code to their email address. 

Our annual charge

When it comes to charges we understand it’s important for your clients to know how much we charge and why.
 
Our annual charge covers the cost of administering your client’s account on the Aegon Platform. It’s tiered into five bands meaning your clients can benefit from a lower overall charge as they increase their assets on the Aegon Platform. Plus, there’s no annual charge payable on assets above £1 million. We may vary these charges in the future.
